Doing some research for foreign language learning, I thought I would order this and see the approach. Like everyone else, a month later I receive a package I did not pay for. This is a poor excuse for a business model. Fortunately, I called right away and received an RMA, but I am responsible for return shipping. Ripping people off has apparently worked for them for a long time. If someone has an SEO operation plan to bring up the tons of Rippoff reports when searching this company, maybe others will not fall prey.
