On Sept. 3, 2013 I ordered the French Rapid Fluency Program CD's from www.PimsleurApproach.com.  The total cost (Incl. Frt.) was $10.50. My Apt. Mgr. received the package via SurePost on 9/10/2013.  The ripoff was a 2nd package, which my Apt. Mgr. received via UPS on 10/5/2013.  The package contained a total of 8)CD's and it was titled Quantum Memory. On 10/8/2013 $63.43 was charged to my credit card and I do not recall ordering this product! I phoned the Toll-free number and spoke with a Customer Care Advocate. She identified my paperwork and said I could not return this product!  She claimed I would see 3)additional charges for $63.43 on 11/8/2013, 12/8/2013, and 1/8/2014 for a total cost of $253.70. I immediately filed an online dispute with my credit card company. I know that I have a balance of 10 days remaining on the 30-day trial period for the Quantum Memory Program, so, I requested a Return Authorization number.  She gave me an RMA to return the French Fluency Program, and the 30-day free trial period had already expired on this product.  I've left several messages on the Extension for the Customer Care Advocate I worked with, however, I've never heard back from her!  This is a RipOff of the worst kind!!!  I've spent a lot of time trying to iron out this problem... In fact, the problem shouldn't even exist!
