ordered/received Pimsleur free CD for French through Stroll of Philadelphia.  Free CD was too elementary; sent email back to Stroll telling them NOT to send any more CDs because it was not program that would help me.  I never heard back from Stroll but yesterday received a box of CDs from "Internet Order LLC" in Phila.  No indication of what was in package.  Opened to find the "Pimsleur Gold Edition" which I explicitly sent email in which i refused to accept future packages from them.  These underhanded tactics used in online sales are unscrupulous and underhanded.  And companies like this should be barred from doing business.  I have seen dozens of similar complaints about Pimsleur and Stroll on various Better Business Bureau and other consumer complaint sites online.  The FTC or other policing agencies should make them spell out their sales tactics in their online pitches so that consumer clearly understands what he/she is purchasing.  This is NOT HAPPENING in this instance.  Online buying is getting to be a ripoff business that will put honest businesses like Amazon.com and others in jeopardy with duplicitous sales tactics and pitches that are proliferating on the internet.  This is not right - it is fraud and deceit in its worst forms.
