Engine was sold to me with a 3 years parts and labor warranty. I gave them the VIN number of the car. 1.8L turbo with a manual transmission.

  Original price of the used engine was $900.00 (by phone)with a 60,000 miles. I told the sales person that there are offers to me for $1650.00  with 3 years parts and labor warranty. But then he told me to wait for a second that he will ask his boss. A few seconds he said I can do that too for 1350.00 parts and labor warranty  for 3 years. Its a wow, this is a good deal. They sent me an email to give as a go ahead signal from my email to cash out the $1350.00 for the engine and to be delivered.

 The engine was shipped March 8, 2015 and arrived march 30, 2015 knowing that the agreement paper is shipped with the engine. No warranty agrement arrived nor to my email. As i am aware of my 3 years warranty, I let it go due to I know that  they have a record that I have a 3 year warranty that if there is someting wrong  i can always return it back within the periord of 3 years or a couple of months if the engine fails.

  Pulling out the old engine that need to be replace, I noticed that the engine does not match the engine that was delivered. I had called pinacle auto parts that the engine they delivered was for automatic transmission engine. I talk to the same per son named Peter Parker who I was talking the first time transaction. He gave a wait call, and they said he will call me back in a few minutes, but never did. Again called to pinacle and spoke to so called kevin  and mike and so forth. there last answer to me they will replace it and they will call me the next day and weeks grow with a turn around call and a none activated phone to call. I also ask my wife to call them but because my phone is 209 area code. they had block my phone and not to be answered.

 I tried many times calling them but I have no luck of there answer. I had used my email to contact them but the reply customer support is a non answering support. here are the numbers I called sales 14692700423 and customer support 14692131524. 

 Due to I can not wait for their answer, I decided to buy a used oil pan, oil pick up tube and a sealer. upon removal of the oil pan of the delivered engine from pinacle, noticed that the installed oil pan was replaced , sealant with a orange seal, means not the original seal, found that the oil pick up tube was to short that it wont pick up the oil, burned crust around the pan and oil pump. Again I know that I was ripped off. Seller told me that this is a 60,000 miles good engine. As a technician for 16 years I know a good engine and a bad engine.

 I am a person who is helping a friend that has a cancer, that the $1350 cash came from a cancer patient who is in need of help.
