Pinafore Poodles Penny Harney Bait and Switch mckenzie Tennessee
I came to Penny because I had gotten a really nice poodle from her 8 years ago. I was very specific as I was last time that I wanted a show, full registration poodle to which she said she had a great little boy available. The puppy ended up being from another breeder, and as she said later on "was not good enough" for her own breeding program. I was taken advantage by this old woman, RIP OFF! $2500 for a dog not worth $500.
Facts are I came to her to get a Pinafore poodle, and she sold me a puppy from another breeder.
