Pinal County Sheriff Department Failure to enforce the law Florence, Arizona
Dear fellow americans:
This report I will end up hafting to add on to as it will take some time to report all the information I have. We all know the problem we are having with illegal immigration in the United States. Well my story starts back about five months ago. I learned of a business that employees several illegals. They even give them homes to live in. So not only are the workers of this place illegal thier family member are too. Now I'm not saying all the workers of this farm are illegal but most are. They got a guy who works on this property as a boss and funny thing is he is illegal and has no United States ID at all. Only a name, DOB and social. Me and several others called the ICE tip line several times in the last five months. What a joke. I tell you now ICE does not care. I will show proof of this in the near future. I have e-mails from an actual ICE agent. The ICE tip line is answered by non ICE agents who only take your information and send it to your local ICE office. The information is filed until somebody wants to look at it. Well we got no place with ICE so we called the City Police, Casa Grande Police. They said they do not enforce Immigration laws. Funny SB1070 gives them that power. We then sent a detailed letter to Pinal County Sheriff's Office with information on people who work there who are illegal. Never heard nothing from them. Well time passed and more illegals got jobs at this farm as legal workers got turned away. Finally I sent an E-mail to Russle Pearce. He contacted Pinal County Sheriff and the Sheriff promised him he would look in to it. Finally I got an e-mail from a Deputy who's name I will post in the near future. He basically wanted me to meet with him and stated if I did not the investigation would take time. Funny it has been five months and they still think they need to investigate. Maricopa County Sheriff would of done handled this. You got guys working there who have felony DUI warrants and guys using the ID of dead people. And you people who are legal to work and live in the area can not get a job there because the illegals have them. Ernesto was deported in the past and returned to the US and a Deputy with Pinal County Sheriffs Office had him the other day. Oh yeah and Ernesto gave the Deputy a Mexico Drivers License and the Deputy let him go with out checking his legal Status. Ernesto still drives on public roads with no Drivers License. I have even called Pinal County Sheriffs Office befor to report Ernesto being at the Farm and get told it is not there area. Well Casa Grande Police don't care and Pinal County Apparently feels the same way. If they can make is across that border and to the Pinal County area they are home free. I can say for 100 percent that if they raided that property as Maricopa County does they would get over a dozen of them for sure. But they will not do it. They use stolen ID and everything but that is not a crime to Pinal County Sheriff. Speed by one of Pinal County Deputies and I assure you will be stopped. What is the difference from that crime and the crime of illegals coming over here??

Ok I'm back with more on this story. It has been learned that several workers at the business I wrote about obtain stolen Social security numbers and false ID to obtain thier position. This information has been reported to the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. The Deputy who stated he was a ICE agent seems to not really care about this new information. In fact he stated to me in an e-mail that if I do not give him my real name and contact information that he would not reply to any further of my e-mails to him. So who I am means more to him then the crimes being commited at these businesses. BELOW IS COPY OF E-MAIL FROM DEPUTY
I don't know what you want an investigation is under way and there's constitutional rights this is not a Country where you can just go on private property demanding information without some type of evidence/proof of a criminal offense occuring. You have the right to believe what ever. I will not respond to anymore of your emails, unless your willing to provide all the facts your claiming to have. If you care to know anything further you will need to provide me with your correct name, so we can meet face to face and I can have a look at your proof/facts.
As I stated earlier there's an on going investigation and it will take some time. You are however free to believe what ever you want, so clarify it any way you want.

That is the answer to crimes being commited in your community. This is not about being racis either as I'm not. Get legal and get a job here. Don't break the law and cost legal people jobs. You got six I know for a fact have false ID and Socials. But they say they are investigatin. If in fact they was investigating they would be out by the business with undercover cars stopping illegals leaving and getting to the bottom of it. But they don't. One guy Ernesto has been deported in the past and a Deputy with Pinal County Sheriff's Office had him. The Deputy saw him driving and asked him for ID. The guy gave the Deputy a Mexico license and the Deputy let him go. Although he is illegal. The guy now still drives to work every single day with no care in the world. It states the Sheriff of Pinal County Supports SB1070 and about immigration. He set up a special team to get the ones bringing drugs over here. Why?? My thought is because it gets on the news and they say they stopped drugs from coming over here. But what about the ones who made it and are using other peoples information to work?? Basically if they can get past the border and make it into Casa Grande, Arizona they are home free. ICE states they are to busy to care. I will attach e-mails from an ICE Agent at a later time. I'm in the process of writing a very long detailed to send out to all the media. Another thing that I find real funny is that a friend of mine said he would talk with the Deputy and give him all the information to help him out as long as he kept his name out of reports. Well the Deputy spoke with my friend once. After they spoke he got a person on tape talking about how they got fake ID to work and I told the Deputy this and all he was worried about was who I was. What a shame!! Thousands of Arizona people have no jobs, but there is about twenty being took at this one business by illegals with no paper work. And that don't count the other one up the road that hires all illegals to save money.
