Complaint Review: Pinatas.com

Simple enough! I ordered TWO products, a pirate and a lion pinata with this company. I paid almost $70 for the two pinatas. Once they arrived, excuse me - once ONE arrived I noticed how small it was, literally 10" tall, not even a foot! It was pathetic! I didnt even use it for my nephews bday. 

Did I mention they charge and extra $20-$30 shipping per pinata? ROFL! I didnt see that until it was too late, I emailed them IMMEDIATELY after I ordered and noticed the price of shipping and they would not return my order and issue a refund stating it was too late.. 

Did I mention, ONLY 1 OF 2 Pinatas came? I have a list in my emails of my conversations with this company. I will gladly email you if needed. I was upset about the shipping issue and the response, thats fine MY FAULT for not looking it over before I purchased. But seriously? Only 1 item arrived, I emailed the person I was talking to initially stating I have only recieved 1 item and I got no response. GO FIGURE! 

I am all for small businesses, but I am not for pure scams. Unfortunately this company doesnt do business the way it should and at least honor the missing freakin pinata they never sent.. or even a sorry email would suffice. Nope! Nothing.. Goodluck Pinatas.com! The only thing your company is worth is the price of that URL.
