There were many email and telephone exchanges between Cindy Evans and me. Prior to purchasing  a dog from this breeder I had asked many questions. Some were not answered and some were answered with this breeder playing on words to misrepresent the dog in question. e.g. I had asked several times about the training , house potty habits, socialization habits. This breeder KNEW I was asking about habits of the dog specifically living in the house. When answering about house training, the breeder told me, " She knows how to go the bathroom by herself via using a doggie door."  I was told the dog was free of medical issues, had good habits, was loving and with a general good disposition. When the dog arrived, there was a package with paperwork and among the info was a disclaimer to the affect that in order to make any claim the buyer must bring the dog to a vet withing 48 hours of reciept or any claims will be void. At the time I didn't put it together, but the breeder was smart and sent the dog to arrive after business hours on a Friday night. The vets closed on the weekend and there was a snow storm to unfold as well.  Upon reciving the dog, it was noted by me and my girlfriend that the dog appeared very thin. It was also noted that the dog had a couple of small bald spots upon her. ( These bald spots rapidly became bigger within  a week's time.)  After one week, we determined that the dog she sold us was unlike any dog we have ever encountered. The dog literally had no training at all, didn't respond to the name we were told the dog had and exhibited habits that baffled us. The dog would poop then eat it's poop. The dog constantly peed in the house even within minutes after bringing it out and allowing it to pee several times outside before bringing it back inside and it would pee just minutes after bring it back in. The dog even shat and peed in her own bed, crate and even would sit and stare us right in the eye and then relieve herself. The dog was destructive and in 2 days totally destroyed our bed. It destroyed clothing that it could get to if the closet door was open or anything in the laundry basket. Two weeks after having the dog, it bit the hand of my daughter for no apparent reason. Within 1 Month after having dog, the wall to wall carpeting throughout the house had to be taken out. The dog also destroyed furniture. Still we patiently tried our best to work with the dog. Several hundreds of dollars were spent on dog training and the dog behaviorist to no avail and to quote  the behavorist, " I have never seen anything like that dog in all my years in the business and quite frankly she is totally untrainable."  The dog arrived with a fubgus of the ring worm family which is why there was bald spots. The dog also had a UTI and that was why it could not hold it's bladder and was constantly licking it's vulva just prior tto and after urinating. This was not at all the loving dog that I was told it was. In fact, the dog was very very agressive...growling and barking at everyone she met! One month after having dog, it bit another person for no apparent reason other than that the person walked by a little close to me. We had given the dog the benefit of the doubt, prior to having her checked and even after learning that she was with infections beyond her control. The vet told us that the dog exhibits  the character of a dog that was abused and/or living contained in a cage all of it's 1 year plus of life. I had complained to Cindy Evans shortly after getting the dog, she made no offer of any money returned, no offer to take the dog back and she was indifferent to the facts of destruction, aggression and biting that we complained to her about. The dog is going to be put down due to her aggression and inability to be trained, we have that scheduled with the vet in a few days. We have notified the Humane Society asking them to investigate the breeder as a possible puppy mill.
