Pinecone Research special evaluation survey with compensation Internet
I have been doing business for many years with the ORIGINAL Pinecone Research. Recently out of work and on disability I received an email from said company to pursue special evaluation surveys with more money. I cliked to page two and then had to fill out a form with name, address, home and cell, as well as email address.
A few days passed then by email I was notified that I had been hired. I was hired as a Mystery Shopper and within 4 days a check for $1850 would be sent to me. I was to go cash it at the local bank, take $150 out for my services, deduct another $150 for Western Union services and then send the remained to another mystery shopper that they would tell me about with the arrival of the check. They then mentioned copies of receipts and other technology that I know that the "original" company did not do.
I notifed immediately Ms Scott who quickly advise me the above was NOT a LEGITIMATE offer from her "original"
she advised me to check with security>> they advise third parties using her name and company name and logo are scamimg the customers and to file papers. I called the Federal Trade Commission and got a number to cover myself because I am a senior and was violated with the giving out of that information and DO NOT know where it went or what else is going to happen.
