This real estate company discriminates against members of minority groups and other underserved populations of people in the Raleigh, NC area. It's current business practices are not inclusive (no matter how much money you have) and have been developed so that their property managers have the broad discretion to refuse to lease to anyone who is not part of the racial majority. It is no wonder some real estate agents prefer to work in commercial versus residential real estate. In commercial, you can choose to only deal with those who look like yourself.

I was even harassed by a property manager via email and telephone when I informed her that she was breaking several federal laws. Blocking her from my email did not work, so she resorted to calling me via telephone and leaving nasty messages because I called out her behavior. There are a handful of federal laws to which commercial real estate professionals must adhere. I am filing a complaint with the appropriate agency, plus a private lawsuit against this company as well as the broker/property manager with whom I dealt.
