 On July 27, 2016 I Have Purchase A Wicked Black Thin Jumpsuit In An XL For Sale Price Of (($162.50 USD))Plus The State Tax Of (($6.50 USD)) Being That Its Take Up To 10-16 Days For Shipping I Had Paid The Express Shipping Which Was (($28.50 USD)) With My Citi Bank Debit Card However I Recieve An Email Stated That My Order Will Take Up To 10-16 Days And All The Store Policy's. August 2,2016 I Recieve An Email Stated That My Order Will Be Push Behind Becasue Of Production Whatever That Suppose To Mean So An Order To Recieve My Jumpsuit on Time I Had To Pay $55-$75 Extra To Het it On Time Which I didnt Clearly Understand Being That I Paid $28.50 For Express Shipping. Therefore I Email Them And I Recieve An Email August 13,2016 Stated That they will respond within the next 48 hours. I Waited An Whole Week And still haven't Heard From Anyone From Pink Lucy , So I Called And Spoke To A Female Worker She apologized For The Confusing And Said She Will Be Shipping My Order out That Same Day; May I REMIND I haven't RECEIVED Anything Tracking Number. Being That My Order Was for My Birthday August 22 And Haven't Gotten My Jumpsuit on Time , I Still Haven't Heard From Anyone.

September 12,2016 I Eventually Email Pink Lucy About My Order And Reply Was Its Takes 6-8 weeks Because Of Production From The Day I Purchase It But Them Weeks Had Pass And I was Also Told They Was Shipping My Order Out Last Month In August . So Now days Turn into months I still heard or Recieve anything .Finally I Called Pink Lucy Again In February 2017 Which Now I Had Spoken To The Owner Name TIFFANY i ask for an refund She said Theirs No Refund But She will give Send me out an Large in the jumpsuit That she already had made in Her showroomAnd give me 75% My Next purchase Fpr the trouble , To Save The drama and headache I Agree,

GUESS WHAT I Still haven't Recieve Anything At All Now Email, Phone Call or tracking number. Now It's May 12 2017 I Send Out Another frustrated Email Which I Just Need My Refund because Now overwhelmed, I lost on $197 Of my Hard working Money Its not Fair at all. We send emails back and forth she finally came to conculsion that process my money to the card I purchase But I Told Whom it may concern through email tht I no longer have the debit card because my bank account is CLOSED she Reply well It's going To Be lost in Cyberspace. I send out another email in reply with a threat Plus my new card information she haven't respond . May 23,2017 I Called Pink Lucy and spoke with the owner TIFFANY she keep feeding me lies, putting me on hold. She was VERY VERY RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL AND Disturbing.The Conversation Got Very heated Until I Said Write me Check and Ms Tiffany Hung Up On Me. I Have Checked Her review Its Very Sickening that it not only me having the same exact issue
