Complaint Review: Pink Queen

Pink Queen I received an email I was charged and that the package was set 10/24/2017. It was not according to tracking Internet

I ordered a coustume for Halloween. An email came stating it was sent on 10/24/2017. I was not in fact ever sent. I have been charged. This is the exact email that was sent:
