Pink Superstore Dan Hansen Misleading Contact Info , invalid certificate, forwards calls to phone number on bank statement to a different company in Florida Portland, Oregon
Pink Superstore has many complaints with the BBB and is not accredited with the BBB.
The supposed President, D. Hansen, will respond to emails after a dispute is filed with the bank.
The phone number used to put the charges through your bank(listed on bank statement) is invalid and is actually a number for a different internet company in Florida.
The merchandise was shipped one month after I placed the order. The first response from D. Hansen to my email asking for a tracking ID with the carrier was, "Sorry, we have been out of that item for a few days." - no tracking info. Weeks later I received another email from him with tracking info through FedEx and the date on which the item should arrive. It did arrive, but I've already disputed the sale with my bank and had to close my debit account and reopen it. The merchandise was not worth the trouble as I've found that the manufacturer has a website with the same product for sale. Txxxx (((REDACTED))) also has it.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this store is to check other retailers in your area first, such as Txxxx, Wxxxxx, etc.

Mrs. Stricker ordered this guitar on 10-28-11 in the midst of the Christmas rush. Automatic emails were sent by the system updating her to the status. This item was temporarily out of stock but would be here shortly. This was one of hundreds of orders for this guitar all of which were delivered in time for Christmas. Mrs Stricker emailed us on 11-6 asking for an update which we provided and let her know that they were still out of stock but would be in very shortly and shipped out. If she had requested a full refund at any time in the process we would have happily provided one. Once the guitars arrived her order was shipped on 11-21-11 via fedex tracking number 036166960609488 as we received no cancellation or further contact.
We do apologize for the delay of this particular model at the time this order was placed. It's rare that problems happen and we regret that there was a problem with this order.
