Complaint Review: Pink Superstore

I ordered online at the Pink Superstore a.k.a. Pinksuperstore.com I paid for kids furniture from a reputable vendor which I was familiar with Kid Kraft. I purchased the items becomes most of the items are in pink which is every little girl's dream. I paid over $222 dollars for my merchandise and I have not recieved the items. I have not even recieved so much as a communications note or confirmation of my order. I only recieved a third party reciept from PayPal.

Needless to say, I have contacted this company three times on their website-with no response from customer service. I even had to look up the phone number through the BBB to find out a published phone number of some kind. The President's Name is Dan Hansen. I think someone from his organization owes me an apology and should refund me my hard earned money!

No reply to emails so issue refund

Mr. Forrester placed the order for 2 items on December 5th 2008. Shortly thereafter we emailed Mr. Forrester to let him know that one of them was out of stock and we offered an alternative or we would gladly issue a full refund. We did not receive an answer after several emails so 10 days from the date of the order we refunded the entire order. Mr. Forrester received a full refund on December 15th, 2008.
