Complaint Review: PINK TURTLE INVESTMENTS

Pink Turtle Investments, and their owner, Joan Faubert, promise to fund your deal.  They use a falsified Proof of Funds letter on Bank of America lettehead.  They will ask you to wire your "skin in the game," or a fee, to their bank in Rochester, NY.  They will never come through with the loan, and will not refund the money.  If you persist that they refund you, they will send a bogus check to you.  File with the u.s. postmaster general immediately.

They are spread nationwide, using other scammers named Gilbert Yanez and Paul Pappas.  Be extremely careful with these people.  They also have people named Donna and Davd working with them.
