On July 21st a lady named Monet and a man named Hanaan came to my door selling meat products. I listened to their sales speach and my husband and I were unable to afford 800.00 that day to pay for the product so we told them we would be unable to do it at this time. However, Monet assured us that we could pay half now and half 30 days later. I wrote 2 checks 1 dated for that day and 1 for August 20, 30 days out.  When I checked my bank balance on Wednesday morning I noticed both checks had in fact been cashed. I immediately called the number provided on the flyer and reached a lady named Micky who assured me that this was a mistake and that the funds would be returned to me. It is now 2 days later and no funds have been returned and when I call I get nothing but voicemail. Mickey told me she would Western Union me the funds today and contact me by noon but has failed to do so. If you live in the NOrthern California area and a pink truck pulls up trying to sell you meat DONT DO IT!!!
