Ripped Off After agreeing to use PCSI, Inc. as my outbound telesales client, I sent them a check for the agreed amount of $5150 which included a $250 set up fee and pre-payment for 200 hours of call time billed at $24.50 per hour. These rates were provided by Joe Grof and Craig Franklin whom presented themselves as the owners. PCSI was also outfitted with a lead list of 6200 potential clients which was provided by me. The telemarketing campaign started on 1/16/2012 and my campaign manager was a gentleman by the name of Wade Freidrich. Wade's job was to oversee my campaign and provide me with an automatic call summary and any other daily feedback per Section 1.2.4 of our contract. On 1/20/2012 I was informed verbally by Wade that their efforts had used 50 hours of call time and depleted about 5000 leads. I have asked several times to have a formal report emailed and have yet to receive one to this day.  At that time, I arranged a conference call with Joe Grof and Wade Freidrich that resulted in pausing the campaign and re-evaluating the entire approach and mapping a new plan of execution. There were a total of 4 conference calls made between Joe, Wade and I after pausing the campaign. On conference call 2, I specifically asked Joe that if we could not come to an agreement on new leads and a new game plan then could I receive what was left of my funds and he stated ABSOLUTELY. In March, I was informed by Liberty Power Corp (the company whose services I represent) that of those 5000 leads called on by PCSI, 2 resulted in a National DNC complaint and at that time I was asked to stop the telemarketing efforts until further notice. I have expressed this with Joe Grof and Wade Freidrich since then and they offered to call in another market or send me the remainder of my unused pre-paid funds. I started more personal and direct efforts to obtain a receipt and refund on May 28th in which I have called Craig Franklin's mobile, Wade Freidrich's mobile, and Joe Grof's desk and mobile phone. When I call from my mobile phone, my calls are sent to voicemail. When I call from another line not associated with me, I get an answer from Wade to which he always replies that Joe was handling my refund. In the beginning when they were trying to get my business, Craig and Joe were readily accessible. Now they won't take any of my phone calls or even return my emails. After these shady business practices, I want a full refund for the entire amount as I never received an itemized receipt or call summary for the times they claim to have called.
