Pinnacle Entertainment Group, Inc. aka Let's Dance Productions is an internet rip-off company.I got married recently. I paid in full $1295.00 for a dj/videography package. They asked me to send checks to a P.O. Box in Liberty, SC. On the day of my wedding in Dallas, they called and said they were not coming.
My wedding reception was ruined. I was so stressed out on the day of my wedding. We have no professional video of our beautiful day. I have called several times asking for a refund.
They will not refund my money. Diana Willis and Barry are the people I have talked to. Barry will yell at you, talk over you, and then hang up on you. He is extremely rude. They claim that it is not their fault that they didn't show up, something to do with bad weather. David V.Thomas is the president of the company. He will not call me back.
No service was given, but they refuse to talk to me or refund my money. Please use a credit card with all internet transactions. It will be easier to get your money back when having to deal with crooks like these people!
