Hmmmm... It seems I'm not the only one that is having problems with this "company." I receive phone calls as early as 5:00 am. My family on the east coast is being harrassed at all times of the night and day even though Pinnacle has my home and work numbers and I have asked them repeatedly to stop bothering my elderly parents. The people are rude and disresptful. I have had enough!! I am getting legal help.

I find it unfortunate that in the attempt to defend your company and its practices that you you be authorized to place comments on a website when you clearly lack the ability to create a grammatically correct rebuttal. Instead you further exacerbate your company's flailing image by further compounding ones negative perception.

Is your HR aware that you are making a fool out of yourself on line?

Constant Harrassment

How ignorant, arrogant and just plain stupid! First, Mr. White, I have NOT taken a vacation in years. Secondly, my parents have logged phone numbers, dates and times from your company. Thirdly, I AM in full knowledge of my debt. Sometimes there are situations in one's life that prohibit the payment of a debt to the satisfaction of the company owed. I know you could care less, but I'm doing the best I can. Lastly, I am more inclined to cooperate when I am treated with a little respect.

Apparently, the FDCPA means nothing to them. If you get a letter like the one below from them, sue, sue, sue......

Dear ----:

Please be advised that our firm is managing your charged-off delinquent credit card account which was granted by ------. After extensive research of your attachable assets and the locations of your place of employment, we are extending to you our final offer in settling this matter. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of your receipt of this letter, we will commence with litigating this claim and garnishment of your employment wages as quickly as your next pay period. Do not delay. Please contact this office toll free at 1 888 586 0840 and we will assist you in settling this matter.

Sincerely,

Frank White

To the collection agency employee, you don't have to be a deadbeat to be contacted by a bottomfeeder JDB. They are nothing more than extortionists who prey on people's lack of knowledge of their rights. Bottomfeeders don't give a d**n if the debt is legitimate or if they even have the right person...the name of the game is harrass, harrass, harrass..anything in order to make that commission. I have a FICO in the 800's and had to fight one of them myself..quite successfully, I might add.

It is rather interesting that you state things like "I have asked them repeatedly to stop" and "even though Pinnacle has my home and work numbers" but make no response like I am trying my best to pay my bill. My analysis of this would be that you are in full knowledge of your debt but very ignorant of the colleciton process. If you do not want to recieve more calls about the bill you owe then search on the interent on how to stop that or pay that bill you owe. You seem to have time to complain and money to seek "legal help". That is capital that could be better spent on paying your bills. Yes some people have tough luck and low income and can't pay the bills, but in the same instance some people take vacations and go out to eat when they are in collections...that is bad stewardship of your monies. Also, the possiblity that PFG constatly contacts your parents number is not likely...it is either another collection agency with a similar number or you have purposefully disconectted your other numbers or ceased work number and we have no option but to skip trace a new number.
