3-19-07 I received a mysterious "billing" in today's mail, claiming that I owe $25.40 to Permanent General Insurance, which is impossible, since I only had that car insurance for 1 month and it was pre-paid. There was an automatic cancellation, if the next month couldn't be paid. And, since I'd put another person's on the policy and they couldn't find a record of their driving at all, the "General" insurance company was going to try and force me to pay $90.00 per month in insurance and I don't have the money for that. Probably never will.

I'd say the "General" insurance company is out there trying to rip people off, too! The insurance was cancelled, so why would I be charged for anything? Someone may want to look into these illegal procedures. Thank you. Keep up the great work!

I sympathize with you being treated unfairly by Pinancial Financial Group. Companies like this give the Mortgage/Financial industry a bad name. Please do not mistake this company for Pinnacle Financial Corporation headquartered in Orlando, FL. Pinnacle Financial Corporation is a very reputable company with many offices in California.
