Pinnacle Living Tiffani Larson, Property Manager at Mountain Trails Apts Tiffani refuses to refund me my security deposit on file when Pinnacle Management took over the property. Las Vegas Nevada

 After attempting to get my $500 security deposit back from Tiffani Larson at the property I occupied and contacting corporate office in Texas, no one has refunded me or reached out to me to resolve the problem. Tiffani refuses to honor the verbal agreement with previous management company in its entirety. She disconnected our phone call abruptly and after requesting a copy of my lease to be sent to my email, she has made zero attempts to send it. Office staff has neglected to handle their due diligence with communicating with me the dollar amount I allegedly owe, which is less than my deposit. So at minimum I'm due the difference but nothing refunded to me after 2 months. I called and provided a forwarding address to assistant manager Colton who has had previous encounters working together at another property named Element. His choice to be biased is unacceptable. Other parties who may be involved in this refund scandal are regional managers Erica and Lisa. I hope someone at corporate investigates this matter immediately.
