Complaint Review: Pinnacle Manufacturing Inc. & Tim Matherly

Pinnacle Manufacturing took a complete payment for a 12 foot press brake and shear in November of '07, with delivery to made to customer in Idaho mid-March.
There is no 12 foot press brake frame on their floor, now here in August of '08, and they have no 12 foot frames for a shear at all!

The company will take money for a shear order, but they have never, ever made a 10/12 foot powered shear... And it is one story after another, when comes to the delivery of the press brake.

Then they will stop answering their telephone and e-mails, but they have your money and there they are in good old North Carolina...

So, if you got 20,000 to 30,000 you want to throw away, put a deposit down on a Pinnacle Press Brake, better yet add another 20,000 to 30,000 to get the shear that has never been made...
