I am currently working with this company to resolve control issues. They have been taken to the cleaners by companies that were supposed to help them with the Electronics end of the machine. We now have the controls nearly completed and expect to have the first control cabinet in service in two weeks. I do not think it is there intention to rip anyone off. They are making their best efforts to get this business going and I think they are on the right track now.

Does Pinnacle machinery consider 2 1/2 years late as slightly behind schedule? We were also victims of this scam for $20,000. We made multiple phones, emails, registered letters to Tim Matherly and Dan Diamond (his sales rep who took the deposit). Always assuring us the press was on it's way in 2-3 weeks. When we realized that we were never going to get the press we told them to cancel the order and return our deposit. They agreed to return the deposit but then would never take another phone call. This fiasco started in Dec 2006.
These crooks should be locked up in jail not taking more victims money.

FALSE REPORT FILED BY UPSET BUYER

This report is false. The buyer which submitted the report did in fact agree to purchase a machine and submit a deposit. However, there are no scams or false intentions by anyone associated with Pinnacle. Pinnacle is late on deliveries for reasons beyond their control. Should you have questions, be sure to contact the person whom you bought the machine through or Pinnacle direct.
