Pinnacle - Phatcampus.com ripoff charged credit card sent email never received merchandise not responding to emails I send never credited my money back no way to contact except email Internet

I ordered a textbook, Business Protocol : Contemporary American Practice EDITON: 1st Edition 2003, on August 24, 2006. I was emailed by Phatcampus.com that they processed my order and my credit card. They did process my debit card for $21.83 on August 28, 2006. I have not received my order, nor an email from phatcampus.com since then. I have tried to find a telephone number on the website, but to no avail. In my account on their website, they show my order and a link to click to track your order. When I click this, it says no shipping information. I have given them plenty of time to either reimburse me my money or reship my item. The $21.83 includes expedited shipping, which they do show on my account of their site.

I emailed their customer service on September 12, because this is all I can do at this point, but received no response. I gave them my cell phone number and told them to please return my call or provide me a number that I could call them with. I stated that if they did not call, I would be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau and any other agency I deem necessary to get this situation resolved. They have not contacted me, nor provided me with a phone number to call them. Let me be clear, I have had NO response from them, including email and telepone. I am at a complete loss as to what to do, since I have no phone number or address.

Found a phone number finally on my banks website after speaking to someone from my bank

I called the phone number and you have to leave a message to get a call back. This is a complete joke. I also emailed again with my phone number to call back.
