Salesman took $6300 (insurance check) from me on July 23rd to replace roof. Repair was scheduled for 3 weeks from date. Job kept getting pushed back, and in the last couple of weeks, nobody at the company will return my calls.
The check the salesperson was given was made out to me and my mortgage company, and they weren't supposed to cash it until the job was started, at which point they would have me endorse.
I found out today that the company cashed the check back in July, so they must have forged my signature.
Every call to the company is an exercise in frustration. The receptionist takes your information, and you never get a call back.
I'm now beginning legal action, and it looks like I'll have to sue these people to get my money back.
Stay clear of these clowns. They are thieves, pure and simple.
