Pinnacle Services ripoff pads the bill doesn't do the work he was called for Erie Pennsylvania
Was called for a stopped up kitchen sink. A man came and put in pvc pipe. Was unable to unplug sewer.
Did not take away old pipe. Charged me $410.00 I only had$171.15 in checking account. Wrote him a check in that amount.
Man was supposed to come back on Monday, thereby leaving my sink clogged for two days. I could not wait that long for my sink to be unplugged so I was forced to call another company.
Roto-Rooter was called and it took them approximately 1%1/2 hours to unplug my sink. They charged me $128.00 which fortunately I had in my pocket. On Monday the man from Pinnacle Services called me. He said that he was on his way to get the needed materials to put the new sewer pipe along the wall. I did not want it that way because everyone knows that water does not run uphill.
So I called his boss and told him what he did and that Roto Rooter came and unplugged my sewer. He called the man and told him not to bother coming to our house. The owner of the company called and said he wanted to come over and see what his man had done. We said okay.
After looking at what the man had done,he agreed to give us $71.00 back which he said he would put in the mail the next day. The refund never came.I now want all of the money I paid out because of their neglegance.
