Pinnacle Studio is a hidden software trap that requires the purchase of additional upgrades in order for it to perform the functions advertised.

If your system crashes the upgrades become invalid. All email correspondence was only cut and paste from their knowledge base; published patches and procedures do not work.

Phone call to tech support acknowledged the software patches and solutions listed on web page do not work. User must call tech support, NOT toll free, to get new activation keys.

Original disks are no longer valid and Pinnacle will not replace unless user pays an additional $14.95 to get a working copy!

The corporate office refuses to respond to customer complaints ... refers the user to customer service where the complaint originates! Plenty of other competing software at less price and less hidden costs!
