Complaint Review: Pinnacle Software

Pinnacle Liquid is a Scam. It was promoted on the box to input HD video. After a few weeks of going on their forum trying to figure what I was doing wrong, I finally found out from Pinnacle they were working on getting that problem fixed in the software. Trying to get support for their software is pert near non-exhistant with a multi layered have to go thru all the possible answer pages before you can email them, then wait a few days only to get another question to yours back from them. It is falsly advertised HD editing ready, but they are still working on it to do HD video.
