Complaint Review: Pinnical property management

If you're living in this communities for over 6 years, and we had to management take over because the property was sold and Pinnacle management was the chosen property manager. For the last two years they have been horrible, unprofessional, Clueless, they do not Embrace their tenants with any of their concerns. When you called the corporate office of pinnical management on West Sahara you get nowhere. This property has is gone through seven (7) district managers in the last year. Tell me the what that tells you. All they had to do is replace the present property manager on site and they may have happier tenants. I find it very expensive that they will not renew my lease with and they will not tell me why. I am not late on my rent I have paid ahead. I have salt legal counsel on this and I'm waiting a outcome. I'll let everybody know. Do not move in this community Fairways on Green Valley it is a zoo here and they violate their own protocol. There's at least 7 pitbulls on property to Chow dogs on property. I just don't get corporates reasoning behind not responding to tenants telephone calls without going through six different people. Do they forget what they are , ... they are customer servants. They are the Servants of the residents that live on property.
