Complaint Review: Pioneer Auction Gallery

I participated on an online auction thru iCollector.  Item was a set of Mercury dimes.  The written description listed missing coins.  Key date coins were not listed as missing.  The image provided showed coins in the slots intended for the key date coins.  Image resolution in no way can tell the date of the coins.  I bid accordingly (understanding high value coins were included).  When I received the product, junk dimes were in the high value coin slots.   I called to dispute, offering to send the entire item back as I received it.  The response was "items are sold as pictured".  Unbelievable.  Intentional fraud and deception.  I don't know what recourse there is, but in my mind, this is criminal activity.
