Complaint Review: pioneer first credit card

in the month of oct. 2001 a fee of $180 was debited from my bankaccount for what was to be a pioneerfirst visa card with an unsecured limit of $3,000 which was introduced to me in a telemarketed telephone conversation earlier in that month. also after that in nov.and dec. of 2001 and jan. of 2002 and $10debit was taken from my accont for what was said to be a monthly fee for the visa account.

however during mu conversation with the telemarketer there was no mention of a $10 fee at any time. upon recieceing the card from pioneer first not only was it not a visa but when i tried to cantact them with the phone number that was givin and address i was informed that the no longer resided there and the phone number was not correct.

i have now seen that many other victimshave fallen to this scam and am very sorry to see that people can easily get away with this type of business scam. i hope that these people are apprehended and punished to the maximum ability of the law. also i hope that all persons who were victimized are somehow able to recieved their money back and some sort of other compensation for their suffering from this companies lack of character and fraudulent actions. i hope this will save someone else from being victimized by these inbasils in some matter of form.
