Pioneer First ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Bountiful Utah
This company charged me $189.00 for a platinum "Visa" card - when that card arrived (after they had my money) it was a catalog only merchant card. I never received a catalog, the number is disconnected and mail is returned with "no Forwarding Address" on it. This company is a RIP-OFF and are only after your money! Don't be stupid and send them your money!!!
