Pioneer First Visa ripoff
We were tring to rebuild our credit and thought it would've been a good idea to get this credit card to do it. So far they've e-mailed us twice, but when tring to contact them their web page would not come up. they have also taken $149.95 electronicly from our bank account. So if any one knows how we can get our money back let us know.

Try again the website, it was up today. In case you cannot reach it, here is the refund info from the Terms and Conditions. I cannot garantee that they actually will give you a refund, but you should give a try.(Unfortunately Pioneer First had a very bad rep in Nevada, where they previously operated.)
Here is what to do:
REFUND OF CARD MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE: You have thirty (30) days from the date you first apply for membership in Pioneer First to request a refund of the one-time membership fee. To receive a refund for the membership fee, you must return the Pioneer First Platinum Card via certified mail to: Pioneer First, P.O. Box 1107 Bountiful, UT 84011-1107.
This will verify your mailing and our receipt. No refunds will be given if: Pioneer First receives your returned Platinum Card in our office after the thirty (30) day period as stated above; you utilize any portion of your membership, or its products or services including, but not limited to, utilizing the members only web site, any Visa/MasterCard Card Offer located within the Pioneer First Membership Package or web site, or the Pioneer First Credit Help Plan.
