Pioneer Info And Marketing dishonest company took money for something they didnt provide. will not refund. ripoff Hayden Idaho
After discussing what I needed several times with Mr. Rud V.P. Pioneer info. I felt safe enough to do business with the company. On January 2nd I contacted Mr. Rud to place an order for customers that are in an adjustable rate mortgage going from fixed to adjustable with 60-90 days.
This is hi confirmation email:
Greetings, yes we can provide you a list of mortgage holders who have rates becoming adjustable in 60-90 days. The cost is 19 cents each for 5,000.
What geographical areas do you need the leads to come from and I can run counts for you, thanks.

I gave him a list of counties I was considering to use for the pull. The list came back in rather weired fashion. One county had 32000 (which isnt even the most populated county) and most others didnt even break 1000.

Hi, yes we can do that we just need to add the dates to the lead and pull by 2 and 3 year adjustable coming due. The cost is 22 cents each for 2,500.
How many leads do you want to order?

When I recieved my invoice I noticed at the top he entered all the counties again. So, I called him to remind him of our previous conversation. He said no problem and fixed it. Our agreement was to gather info on customers that were 60-90 day out from a fixed rate going to adjustable. The next day I overnighted him a money order for 477.00.
The next evening I recieved my list. I looked it over and noticed all the info on it was incorrect. All the dates were on customers that already met there adjustable period. Most were 3 months old. This made the list entirely unusable.
That night and the next morning I called Mr. Rud's office. I got voicemail. That was strange the 10 or so previous calls he was always right there to answer the phone.I sent several emails and called several times. ...nothing.
The next day I got into my office late in the morning. Still no word from MR. Rud. I called several times again, still got his voicemail and no answers on the email.
Finally around 3 pm I recieved an email:
Greetings,
Doug please look at the invoice that you approved. We pulled the list exactly the way you requested. If you want to change your order we can do that but the re-run fee will be $80

I was very angry that he would be asking for more money. He knew specifically what I wanted. I sent several emails and over a dozen phone calls making sure he knew exacally what I wanted. He has not returned a phone call since the order.
I mentioned to him that I would be contacting the bbb (they were worthless) and the IG of Idaho, this was his reply:
Greetings, you agreed that those were the dates to pull the list by. That is why we put everything in writing. You agreed in writing that was the exact list you wanted.
If you choose to take action against our company we will be forced to take our own action against your extortion tactics.
All I wanted was a corrected copy of the list so I had something useable for my 477.00. His website states this in his FAQ link:
Q: How do I know the list will be accurate?
A: Good question. We guarantee our data will be 100% accurate or we will replace the data
Well the data he sold me was 100% inaccurate. He offered nothing but to get more money from me.
I have since I first ordered from his company found 2 others I ran accross that he did the same thing to. This is one of there posts in a brokers forum:

I purchased $1600 worth of exclusive internet leads from Dan Rude with Pioneer Media/ lenderLead. Dan Rude told me the leads were exclusive and directed me by phone to websites where he generated his leads.
The people I spoke to were literally in total despair over the 100 calls they had received over the last 2 months from Loan Officers.
Dan Rude will not return my calls unlike the 10 times I spoke to him prior to sending my money. I called the county sherriffs department in Iowa where Pioneer Info is located. They told me I need to file a complaint in California and have them contact the authorities.
Any help by any and all will be appreciated.

Anyway, Buyer beware. I thought the BBB would help me but they didnt listen to anything I had to say. They were protecting there local customer. Makes me wonder why I'm wasting 300 a year on them.

I also have had a very bad experience with Pioneer Advantage leads and Dan Rude. After having a pleasant interaction on the phone I placed an initial order for vacant property leads. When I received the list and reviewed it I was very surprised by what I saw. The most obvious error was that out of 494 entries (which I paid for per entry) 184 showed the same owner with a different PO Box for each entry, yet current records don't show that person as owning a single property! Digging into it further and spot checking the data found many similar errors--many people were listed multiple times with separate PO Boxes yet it didn't match up with current records. At best, I paid for many more leads than I received. At worst, the data was completely innaccurate and useless.
I emailed back and forth with Dan and he insisted that he had researched the data and it was accurate. His answers didn't make sense and were completely contradicted by what I could see in public records. I asked for my money back because the data was useless to me, and was told that orders are non-refundable and the most I could have was a credit on a future order. I told them I didn't want that, I wanted accurate data. They continued to insist they gave me exactly what I agreed to on the invoice.
Any attempt to call and talk to somebody on the phone was futile--I was either directed to email, chat, or eventually somebody's voicemail. A chat conversation ended with "email us and we'll look into it". Email with Customer Service only got me the same canned response: "we're sorry you're not happy with your order and would be happy to give you a credit on a future order".

I am writing to address the false, hurtful and slanderous posts made about myself and my family. The information contained here is 100% false and fabricated to be hurtful. The posts are made by Jason Matthew Innes who was a childhood friend from East Grand Forks, MN and now maybe Bozeman MT.
He is a very bad person. He has mental illness problems for a long time and has
been admitted to mental institutions in Grand Forks ND in 1990 and The Kootenai
Medical psych ward in 2005 on suicide watch. There may be other admissions that
I am not aware of and below is a partial arrest record.

We have since been warned not to do anything to the post or it will make it worse. However, I felt I must address the false
information. Other web sites will not list these posts because some are fake. Some want a lot of money to remove fake posts. Please keep in mind that every major company that you do business with has negative posts. Google, Wal-mart,
Verizon & ATT to list a few. When a company has been in business a long time and has dealt with thousands of customers it is inevitable that you will be listed there. Pioneer info is simply put...a SCAM! This is a husband and wife team who make up a "GET RICH Scam" and Lie about the size of thier company. They work out of there home in hayden Idaho. Do not trust them with your money. My friend worked for them and got fired when she tried to blow the whistle on the way they "steal" from people! She is a very sweet honest person and they didnt even care that they fired her! Anything to do with DAN and STACY RUD of hayden Idaho. My "2 cents " are stay away!! And the comment from dave...is im sure from DAN himself!! Buyer BEWARE!!! Just not right! The picture of "corp" headquarters on there website isnt there office..they only have a PO box.

I was looking up pioneerinfo to get their number to contact them and saw this report. I have used Pioneer Info for lists for several years for telemarketing and they have always provided good data for our calling and we have always closed several deals from their lists. i have found Dan to be very helpful and accessable. Just my two cents but I felt compelled to comment, thanks, Dave
