PIONEER TRUST FINANCIAL SERVICES/Pacifica Of Nevada, bogus lottery, phony check Ottawa Ontario
I received an identical letter and check as reported from Medina, Ohio this morning. The nonexistent bank is the same as in report number 282069. There is a similar report under Attorney Generals numbered 276304 dated 09/27/2007. This is bank fraud! By using a Canadian address international laws and regulations are broken. I will take this check to a bank and have them generate reports to government agencies.
