Two years ago in August I hired the company The Pipe Surgeon to put a French drain in my backyard. They were also supposed to dig up the sides and back of my yard and put rock down, never did. This company also said to me they would put new piping in my bathroom never did. He never refunded me my $2,000 that I have been waiting 2 years for.
I send him texts when he plans to pay me back again no answer. All I get from from him is I'll be there or I'll be there tomorrow which all are lies because I have not seen my money or my work being finished.
