I paid for some paintball equiptment online , which came with no recipt, and several items missing. The order was only partially filled... I contacted the company several timed, with no responce. After 2 months, I finally reached someone, how stated that they were under new ownership, and had no record of my order, and would not fullfill it.

I dont know when you ordered from them, but do now that the previous owners did file bankruptcy, close the local brick and mortar store and sold the web sites to a national supplier, I assume as a way to get out of some of their debt to those suppliers. I am not defending them at all, several people lost jobs there who didnt deserve to show up one day and find the doors locked I know some of those people and its those I would defend (the little people who would have been filling your order if it was placed before around middle of february 1993).
Is it possible your order was placed at the time the transition was happening? web sites being moved to new servers etc? I know none of this gets you your money or what you ordered but just some info I have on the company itself.
