Complaint Review: Pirkanmaan ammattisiivous KY

Pirkanmaan ammattisiivous KY, city of Tampere, Finland. (The name of the business should translate to something like Tawastia Professional Cleaning or something to that effect anyway)

I needed to get my temporary apartment cleaned at city of Tampere, Finland, bacause I was leaving the country after I had my work done there. I searched local cleaning services and found this business Pirkanmaan ammattisiivous KY. They had dirt cheap prices and gave lots of nice promises about how they would take care of everything, something called deep cleaning, no idea what that was supposed to mean.

However, they were severely late starting the job which at the very end cost me one more month in rental payments. I expected professional cleaners but what I got was young inexperienced people who couldnt care less about what was happening. Also they used the old salesman trick of selling something dirt cheap and then gradually building up additional "mandatory" costs. Final cost of the work was much higher than what was settled beforehand.

After I moved away (paying one more month of rent even if I wasnt there anymore) I got severely reprimanted by my landlord because of the poor cleaning job I had done. I tried to explain it wasnt me who had done the job, but it was of little avail, my landlord then send me additional bills from the extra cleaning they had to perform.

Very untrustworthy and unreliable business.
