Complaint Review: Pitman and Davis

I received a gift certificate as a birthday gift from a relative. I tried to redeem this gift certificate via The Pittman and Davis website and found out that they do not accept gift certificates on the website ! I called their 800 number for telephone orders and I was informed that they do not redeem gift certificates via telephone orders. I was then informed that I could only order from their mail out catalog. I requested a catalog at that time, one was never sent. I also requested a catalog on three different times via the internet and again, no response. I have done business before with Pittman and Davis but never again! I would recommend to those reading this to aviod the Pittman and David gift cerificates altogether because they seem to be impossible to redeem!
