Pitney Bowes Canada Mahensingh Gungah Was sold a Postage Meter that "I`` thought was purchased, not rented. Brampton, Ontario Canada

We thought we were buying a postage meter, the sales person did not tell us that this was something that cound't be owned. I thought It was an outright payment and to own a piece of equipment that we could mass mail people from our home. We were told that we had a $50 credit in postage.

We paid our bill with Pitney Bowes, and found out later, that this meter had to be returned. We put in a complaint with the BBB. Mr. Mahensingh Gungah was going on vacation at the time and did not return our answer's to all of our questions. Apparently we have had a credit with this company, but have not received any payment.

We did not sign any agreement on this "rental", and yes we are business owners. The minute we stop thinking would be the day we should stop doing business.

" We thought we were buying a postage meter "

"  I thought It was an outright payment  "

You are a business owner.  There should be no need for assumptions.   The RENTAL AGREEMENT that you signed should have been very clear about what was going on.
