Pivotal Payments cheats 100's if not 1000's of companies.  If you feel that you have been cheated by Pivotal Payments, email your info to fightpivotalpayments at gmail dot com.  You could be entitled to punitive damages!!!  We are starting do develop a case for a class action lawsuit.  So, if you have unauthorized fees, reserves held, cancellation fees, etc., you could not only win those fees back, but also be entitled to DAMAGES......
