Do not use Pivotal Payments as credit/debit card processor.

We've recently opened a business but haven't started any operations yet, however Pivotal Payments keeps charging our account even if we haven't used their services.

We called them numerous times to deal with them and the representatives have not been helpful at all.

We don't even have a terminal, we haven't used their services, we've tried dealing and compromising with them. Yet time and time again, they keep charging us. They should not be debiting our account if we are not using their service. Now we have a balance of over $300 that we owe to the bank and have to pay it off before we can close the account so that Pivotal Payments may not be able to charge our account anymore. 

To keep it short and sweet. There are many other options available besides Pivotal Payments. Please keep shopping around to find the best credit/debit card processor. Read reviews before choosing one!!!!
