Two men came into my business promising the world and no early termination fee. That's when the nightmare began.
A month into doing business with Pivotal held ALL of our earnings for two weeks. It took 2 days to reach a manager in. The acting was horrible by the way, "Oh, you just missed her." "OOps, now she is in a meeting as she stood right there" I know this because she promply got on the phone when I screamed I was cancelling right then and there. They will keep you hanging to collect more interest is my guess. I asked how much interest they were collecting as all of my payroll, suppliers, and taxes bounced and fees occured. They did not collect interest...my bank was just fickle was their reply! WHAT? My bank does not want to collect money, you have GOT to be KIDDING me.
That was it. I called my rep Daniel and he assured me that there was not an EARLY CANCELLATION FEE. I contacted Customer Service to receive the proper cancellation paperwork to fax and asked once again, No, no early cancellation fee.
FINALLY FREE? WRONG! Yesterday, two month after cancelling, Pivotal Payments stole $1700.11 from my bank account. They call it LIQUIDATED DAMAGES. I cancelled the contract which means cancelled their right to my bank account. The bank and the Atty General is next on my list.
THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!
