After having a machine leased to my by Pivotal Payments for 3 years I needed to upgrade to wireless.  All upgrades as per the lease are free.  I signed another lease for the new machine as I was promised when the old machine was received I would have the new lease canceled and all charges returned to me, leaving me only the old lease to finish paying out. 

Even though they made the call to Fedex for pick up and received the machine in August I still am paying out the lease on two machines.  This in the end may cost me over $3000.

Every call to this company is a lesson in incompetence.  Nobody who talks to you on the phone can make any decisions and managers are kept hidden.  Even when asked for.  I was even asked to call the lease company, so I could tell them to charge back Pivotal for the lease and cancel it.  If that is all I need to do to get out of a lease I would have done it a long time ago.  But alas that did not work.

After 4 months of phone calls to a call center in Mexico, I am starting to get charged with one time charges not in my contract and my monthly bill has a new $39.99 fee added to it. 

On Dec 14th my account was charged $151.64, but I can not discuss it with the phone jockeys until I have my statement in front of me.  I got Oct statement on Dec 10th.  Wow, wait till Feb 10th to ask about a charge on Dec 14th.  Not!

Go to your bank and have them close the account then open another with a new number

That stops them from getting another penny out of your account. When they find they can't rob you any more they'll be furious, threaten youwithall the crap they can think of, but DO NOT RE-SIGN UNLESS THEY FIX IT AND RETURN THE OVERCHARGES FIRST.
