My experience with Cardex, now Pivotal:- 5 months after the contract expired Pivotal withdrew over $10,000 (Over Ten Thousand Dollars) without consent. To be safe one has to close their bank account immediately to avoid having monies withdrawn. (Open a new account where Pivotal does not have access) In my opinion Pivotal encourages wholesale theft and is not the least bit concerned as to whether their dishonesty forces a company out of business. I feel Pivotal is a Snake Oil Outfit and should be avoided. If anyone else has had similar experiences please get back to me & perhaps we can join forces to force Pivotal to return any money taken. Thanks.

Hi, they just called me and told me my contract with LFG is void and need to sign a new one but higher monthly lease rate. But, the funny thing is LFG do not have my record but they sent me the machine and I have been using. Legally, I only have a legal agreement with Pivotal, but if the agreement with LFG is not valid, I actually do not have a machine (thy made a boo-boo, and I do not have to give it back), which mean my agreement with Pivotal is not valid too... since I do not have a machine. Thus my only agreement is with my Credit Card provider... I am very frustrated with PIVOTAL... please update me what your situation, is the competitive BUREAU any help at all ???
