Rose and Colin were the perfect sales team, husband and wife.  Came in, made the pitch and convinced us that Pivotal was the way to go.  Low rates and no hidden charges and a well-known company.  Sounds good right?  WRONG!  This was by far the biggest mistake of my life.  When I asked before signing if the fees shown were all that there would be I was assured by these representatives of the company that there would be no other charges and that the boxes were checked off.  Man is that the biggest crock there ever is.  After receiving my first statement I noticed a charge of $20.00 for debit fees.  Get this, they have a $20.00 minimum which means we would have to do 400 transactions a month else it was costing us more that the contractual price of 5 cents.  When I called to complain I was advised to flip the page back and read the tiny a*s fine print that said there is a minimum.  However, when I asked the sales reps they said "No, it's just 5 cents per transaction".  Now I am even being charged for credit card transactions.  Trying to call and get an answer from this company is impossible and arguing with them is useless.  Then there is LFG, an even worse company.  They charge you an arm and a leg for the crappiest terminal ever which we've already had replaced twice.  Then they charge you an insurance fee even though you have provided proof on multiple occasions that your business insurance covers the terminal.  This whole company is a scam and I wish I had consulted the web and read all the negative reviews prior to signing.  My biggest thing is that the salespeople have told me that they are trained to only provide certain details and are willing to testify in court that Pivotal does in fact "screw" the customer.  This is the icing on the cake, I just got a letter from Pivotal indicating they are raising my rates effective April 1.  When I called to ask why they said Global was raising them not Pivotal.  Funny, I called Global and they said that is absolutely false and they've received a lot of complaints about Pivotal and actually regret the day that they signed them on as a partner.  I am now awaiting a call from Pivotal to see what they will charge me to get out.  If it's anything more than the standard $250 other companies charge then we will definitely be having an issue.  As for LFG, since they are charging me insurance, they can file a claim with them for their terminal which is no longer going to be paid for by me!
