Pizza Factory bitten fingernail in food, would not even refund money Monticello Minnesota
We ordered a pizza from this business on 11-04-05. After eating several pieces, I reluctantly started working my way through a fingernail. The fingernail looks as though it had just been bitten off the nail.
After disturbed and obviously disgusted beyond belief, I called Pizza Factory about the matter. They said they did not have a manager, as well as they would not refund us our money.
This is not only the most unsatifactory service I've experienced, but definately the most ghastly repulsive encounter I've ever had with any type of food service.
