I was hired by Pasquale Donnarumma and Elaine Aquino in September, 2023 to provide Marketing services for Pizza Goods LLC and their DBA, Sunmix USA.

My pay rate was $2,000 per month, in exchange for services performed on location, 6 hours per day, 5 days per week at a temporary location on Johnson Street in Hollywood, FL. I billed Pizza Goods bi-weekly, since they claimed they could not legally hire me as an employee, since they are not a legal entity in Florida and have no EIN.

After 2 months of performing admirably as the Marketing Manager at Pizza Goods and Sunmix USA, I was asked to perform customer support and sales duties, and I agreed to also become the Support Manager AND Sales Manager for an additional $1,000 pay per month, as well as a 5% commission on all sales from the pizzagoods.com website.

I was paid the $3,000/month, as agreed, but I never received my due commission, instead Pasquale Donnarumma and his wife Elaine Equino claimed we never had such an agreement, and that no commission would be paid.

I have nothing in writing, as neither Pasquale Donnarumma or Elaine Aquino agreed to a written contract,

During my 10 months at Pizza Goods and Sunmix USA, I was a victim of constant abuse by the owner, Elaine Aquino who continuously forced me to work in an unsafe environment, notably without air conditioning or even a reliable Internet connection.

Furthermore, while acting as Customer Support Manager, I witnessed ongoing customer abuse by Pasquale Donnarumma and Elaine Aquino, and blatant fraud when Pasquale Donnarumma blamed customers for defective equipment, and refused to ship replacement parts for Sunmix equipment.

Acting as the Customer Support Manager, I was instructed by Pasquale Donnarumma and Elaine Aquino to stall, delay and outright lie to customers to avoid refunds, replacement or returns.

The fact is, Pizza Goods and Sunmix USA primarily sell dough mixers made in Italy. While the mixers are well built, they are not intended for 110V outlets in America since the mixers are designed to use 220V outlets in Europe. Because of this, Sunmix Mixers need a 110V/220V inverter to power the mixer, and these inverters burn out and cause headaches for users who trust their mixers to mix dough...

As recently as last month, the owner Elaine Aquino completely ignored customer service requests, she outright lied to me about following up on numerous support requests, and took a 3 week vacation to Italy and Brazil, instead of catering to paying customers who need support with their trash mixers.

Pizza Goods and Sunmix USA ripped me off, along many of their customers.

They claim they have service centers and/or technicians all over the nation, but that's also a lie...

Anyone who does business with Pasquale Donnarumma and/or Elaine Aquno is asking for trouble.
