Pizza Hut And Complete Savings Credit card abuse, unauthorized charge Austin Texas
My wife ordered pizza from www.pizzahut.com There was a pop-up asking if she wanted to sign up for some savings service. My wife clicked "NO" and my credit card information was still passed to "Complete Savings" (CT) company which applied $12 charge.
I consider that "Pizza Hut" has stolen and abused my credit card information along with "Complete Savings". I reported my credit card as stolen and contacted both companies to let them now of pending criminal charges if they don't correct it in matter of days.

I worked at the call center, at the store, and every position at pizza hut you can think of, 2 things here are for sure;
1) You wont ever hear anything from customer service
2) pizza hut doesnt care if you ever come back
Did you ever think to call the credit card company and dispute the charge? Its only $12.00, they'd probably just give it to you.

Pizza Hut and Complete Savings

Complete Savings confirmed that they obtained my wife's consent and credit card information from Pizza Hut. My wife was aware that it was a catch. She made sure that she clicked "no" and that she didn't get approval of any kind. The other people are reporting same issue but Pizza Hut is somehow getting away with it. I sent e-mail to Pizza Hut customer service but they haven't replied yet.
One thing is for sure. Pizza Hut will not make a penny from me ever again.

It sounds like spyware or a virus on your computer MIGHT have caused the popup. Do what you want but I think with a lawsuit your wasting your money.

""I reported my credit card as stolen and contacted both companies to let them now of pending criminal charges if they don't correct it in matter of days. ""
yeah, good luck with that one. Why didn't you simply TELEPHONE pizza hut and CT and explain what happened and ask for this $12 charge be reversed?
No, you FALSELY claim the card was stolen and threaten bogus criminal prosecution. DId you make a police report about this "stolen" credit card? Are you aware that filing a knowingly FALSE police report is illegal in most jurisdictions.
Next time, try telling the truth.
