I am a German student at Maryville College. We order from Pizza Hut on Hannum St. at least twice a week. We ordered two medium pizzas and breadstix. The pizzas arrived 45 minutes past the time that they said that they would be here. It took 1 hour 35 mins. to receive the order. The pizzas were cold and the breadstix were old and hard. The delivery driver was definitely on something. His eyes were barely open and really red. I am new to speaking English. I had trouble understanding the delivery driver as did my American friends. On his nametag was the name Matt. We could smell marijuana coming from his car.

We complained to him about the time. He said we would have to call the manager which we did. The manager wasn't in and the shift leader told us to call the 1-800 number. We did and that was two weeks ago. We still haven't been contacted. I will never eat at this Pizza Hut again.

One time we ordered for a large birthday party. 24 hours later, everyone that ate the pizza became sick. We all went to emergency room. We were told that we had food poisoning. This is not right. We called the 1-800 number that time too and never were contacted by management.

I love America and Tennessee. Pizza Hut should be closed down on Hannum St. The workers there are not clean. The food can make us sick. They don not care who they hire. If they treat their customers this way, how do they treat their employees? I guess not good. I tell everyone in my classes about Pizza Hut.

First of all, if ADF took "pride in excellence" there wouldn't be so illegitimate complaints taken seriously by management. If ADF took "pride in excellence", there wouldn't be so many complaints from employees either.

Second of all, this is not an RGM problem. This is an ADF problem beyond anything an RGM can solve. If you'll notice, there have been several ADF Pizza Hut locations mentioned on this thread. Not just one, leading you to believe that one RGM is the problem. The problem is corporate wide. When you have an Area Coach lying to you and making up policy as they go, then it's not just a "bad RGM."

Obviously you take great pride in your work and store, but for you to automatically take up for ADF by putting this problem off on an RGM, just goes to show how much you have been brainwashed by ADF. Right is right and wrong is wrong. ADF has never dictated what is right and what is wrong. As a matter of fact, if general employees did everything by the example that ADF corporate exhibits, we'd all be felons, too!(i.e. tweaking payroll hours, stealing pizzas, selling drugs, etc.)

PS- WE ALL KNOW ABOUT CHAMPS! CHAMPS is a BS ploy created by marketers who have way to much time on their hands. Trust me, there's not a non-management employee out there who believes in the philosophy of CHAMPS. Anybody who would, is in denial. Hell, ADF doesn't even know what an employee meeting is. They call it an "employee meeting" but it's really just a silly presentation given by an area coach on stupid things such as CHAMPS. What a waste of time and energy.

ADF is a very poor company to work for or do business with.

Just in case this hasn't been mentioned before, this is an ADF operated store. The area supervisor is Preston Arnwine. He can be reached at (865) 984-4340. Let them know what they are doing is very bad, bad for business, bad for the employees.

Thanx for information, Aaron. We hear stories about the cleaness of Hannum St. Pizza Hut. Bad stories. We ordered another pizza on 11/27/04 just to send the pizza off and have it analyzed for things that should not be in pizza. I will let you know when we get results. Where is ADF?

I made a mistake in telling you that this pizza hut was operated by Amerihuts. It is actually operated by ADF which is a part of YUM! Brands, Inc. I just found this information out.

Evidentally, at one time Amerihuts operated this pizza hut.
